V. Sriram heads the banking and corporate advisory practice of IMaCS. He brings over 10 years of experience leading strategy, financial and corporate advisory engagements for IMaCS. His consulting client profile covers a wide range of organizations including medium and large size private companies, state and central government, and public sector organizations.
Mr. Sriram has been involved in business strategy and project feasibility studies in the jute & textiles, banking, leather, fertilizer, and public utility sectors. He also has in-depth exposure to the setting up and marketing of industrial parks, software parks, state/sector level studies and regulatory matters. Mr. Sriram has advised a number of public and private organisations in the areas of business restructuring and strategy formulation.
Mr. Sriram’s educational qualifications are: Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi; Licentiate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi; Graduate Member of The Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, Calcutta; and Bachelors in Commerce from Madras University. |
