B. V. Rajesh heads the Corporate Advisory practice at IMaCS. He brings over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting and transaction advisory.
Mr. Rajesh has experience in strategy consulting interventions focusing on improving competitiveness for clients spanning FMCG, retail, consumer durables, telecom, automotive, hotels, textile and clothing, real estate, tourism, and several others. He has worked on Private Equity as well as M&A mandates both on the sell and buy sides (domestic as well as cross-border transactions). His experience on the sell side mandates involves the complete process of deal origination, valuation, structuring, value enhancement, sourcing of potential investors and assistance in consummation of the transaction. On the buy side, Mr. Rajesh has been involved in due diligence, valuation and assistance in bidding for the target and negotiations support. He has also been involved in advising the Government on disinvestment of both State and Central Public enterprises.
Mr. Rajesh holds a Management Degree from T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal, with a specialization in Finance and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore. |
